CompuDoc pricing

A site licence for CompuDoc for a single Practitioner is $990 incl. GST which includes the first year's Maintenance agreement. Additional Practitioners are $275 each (part time Practitioners are half price) - there are no additional charges for front desk or administration\server machines.

The Maintenance Agreement is $599 p.a. in subsequent years, and covers CompuDoc related telephone support and downloadable minor version upgrades for 12 months. Major version upgrades will cost around 70% of the current licence fee, provided the maintenance agreement is in place. Major versions usually appear every 18 to 24 months.

The Clinical Module includes Clinical Notes, History, Letters and images scanning and cataloguing, Health Management, Pathology requests and downloading, problem drugs and Vaccinations, which include vaccine stock control.

Users of the Clinical module must satisfy CompuDoc that sufficient MIMS database and interactions licences are current to allow the module to be used. Details on MIMS licence charges are available from within CompuDoc and on the MIMS web site.

CompuDoc may be downloaded and tried in your practice for free. CompuDoc loads in Demo mode by default, where 100 fictitious patients may be billed, prescribed and appointed to your heart's content. Demo mode is also very useful for training new staff, and CompuDoc may be switched between Demo and  Production modes in seconds.

CompuDoc can arrange on-site training and set-up. Get up to speed faster with training in both CompuDoc and basic Windows training. Some of the money saved by buying CompuDoc could be used to instruct staff.

Details

All the prices listed here include 10% GST.

Additional Practitioners may include Locums at no additional cost, provided the count of Practitioners within the last week is equal to or less than the registered number. In other words, when you go on holidays it is unlikely that you will be billing or prescribing; the locum will, so the count will be unaffected.

The Appointments Book module is also included, though users of earlier versions who did not take up the option may wish to pay $165 for the module.

The Clinical Module is $499.

A site is a physical location from where billing may occur. Specifically, CompuDoc may be used at home as long as transmissions are not made to HIC\DVA from home. If we supply a Minor ID to a Surgery and another to the Practitioner's home, then two site licences will be required.

Our Help Desk is intended to quickly assist new users with their understanding of CompuDoc, and assumes the caller has a working knowledge of Windows.  There is an abundance of information supplied with CompuDoc, in the form of the Tutorial and the Help files, which reduces the need for phone calls.  We cannot teach users how to use Windows over the phone, and users expecting such support would be better advised to approach an I.T. person about general Windows training.

Minor upgrades are made available for download from this site, at no cost to the user.                      Top
